Return & Refund Policy

At Guru, we aim to provide high-quality T-shirts and apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • A return/exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).

  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • In case of Razorpay or bank processing delays, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@guru.ink with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping costs.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The returned product does not pass quality inspection (used, washed, or damaged).
