Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Guru, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel an order and request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
Order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.
You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
The return request meets the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy (unused, unwashed, original packaging, requested within 7 days).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Orders cancelled after shipping.
Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless defective or damaged).
Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, or wallet).
In case of Razorpay or bank processing delays, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
