Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Guru, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel an order and request a refund.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at info@guru.ink with your order number.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • The return request meets the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy (unused, unwashed, original packaging, requested within 7 days).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Orders cancelled after shipping.

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless defective or damaged).

  • Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition.


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, or wallet).

  • In case of Razorpay or bank processing delays, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
