1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Services

  • We sell T-shirts and related apparel (“Products”) through our online platform.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other authorized gateways.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery within India generally takes 5–10 business days depending on the shipping partner and customer location.

  • We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days of approval and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • In case of receiving a defective product, customers must email us at info@guru.ink with order details and images of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site—including images, text, logos, product designs, and graphics—is the property of Guru.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total order value.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the Site for fraudulent purposes, spam, or unlawful activities.

  • Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action if required.

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
